ACC : 1 Causes of Fat Body

Excess calories are not the only cause of weight gain continues  to increase. There are many other enexpected factors that make weight loss targets have proportionally more difficult to achieve. Lack of sleep, sress, drugs, hyperthyroidism, hobbies drink sugary drinks is the cause of body fat.
There are two issues related o sleep and obesity. First, the more often you stay up, the more likely you are to snack at night which results in extra calories consumed. The second thing is related to chemicals in the body. When we stayed up late, the hormone that triggers appetite will be issued, as a result we will feel hungry when we wake up. This hormone also makes the stomach never feels full.
Then, when we are plagued by various problems and the bustle, the body will adapt to the way the cortisol hormones or stress hormones. This hormone can increase  appetite, so it is not surprising that when stressed, we will consume more food.
Next, anti-depressant drugs is one type of drug that can promote weight loss, especially if taken long term. Other drugs to watch is hypertension medications, migrane medications, and diabetes medications.
After that, when the thyroid grand can not produce enough thyroid hormone, we will feel the symptoms of tiredness, weakness, and weight gain. When the body lacks  thyroid, the metabolism will run slower so the body will be fat.
Then, the sweet drinks in containers only contain many calories and not give any benefit. This closely with increased body weight. If we consume soft drinks in large quantities then the body will be fat.
Finally, we should avoid such activities to avoid obesity body.
