ACC 3 - SINCERITY OF LOVE

Yasmin was 17 years old. Yasmin's father was a very wealthy businessman. Therefore, Yasmin’s parents celebrate his daughter's birthday party very festive. The Party as well as to introduce Yasmin with her parents preferred boys named Rafael. Rafael is the son of well-known businessman in the country.  Yasmin's father so very interested to match her daughter with Rafael.

Stiven, a young man from a modest family, during the party he suddenly passed in front of the Yasmin’s house and keen to go secretly to the party. That's where Stiven discovered his love when fascinated by Yasmin at her birthday party. Coincidentally Stiven and Yasmin can get acquainted. And that introduction got the impression in their hearts.

Since the incident, Stiven and Yasmin became lovers. Their relationship secret from their families because the Yasmin’s parents had to match her daughter with the son of a prominent businessman. Yasmin was forced by her parents to marry Rafael. Though lured by the abundant treasures, Yasmin still not in love with Rafael. Yasmin expect Stiven to be her husband.

One day, Yasmin's father saw his daughter walking with a man. Yasmin's father is determined to investigate him. And finally Yasmin's father learned that the man named Stiven. Yasmin's father did not agree with their relationship since Stiven came from poor families.

After that, Yasmin’s parents forcing his daughter to get married with Rafael. Yasmin very saddened by his father's decision. Stiven tried to persuade Yasmin’s father to cancel the match. Stiven also said he would marry his daughter.

ACC 2 EFFECTS OF PLASTIC SURGERY

Plastic surgery is inviting a lot of controversy and are often labeled as a negative thing in the community because of changing God's creation. Indeed, many reality shows dangers of plastic surgery of the face and cause damage to many operations that fail causing the face to be bad. But some people think that plastic surgery is beneficial.

On the plus side, the plastic surgery makes the body becomes better, proportionally even sexy. Thus indirectly to increase self-confidence and a better body image. Plastic surgery can support a person's career, which looks to be the main spotlight. The benefits of plastic surgery is felt by the celebrities in the running career. Plastic surgery also makes a person look younger. There's even a mother whose age is 40 years but the judge he was 20 years old.

However, for every plus there is a minus. The results of plastic surgery is not necessarily perfect. Plastic surgery requires adjustment of skin and tissue in various ways. Plastic surgery resulting in tissue death from lack of oxygen to the operated area (necrosis). Nerve damage is an extreme case that can happen to a person and is characterized by numbness and tingling. Muscle weakness or paralysis can occur if the nerves associated with impaired muscle movement.

Besides the cost of plastic surgery is usually expensive and can not be passed on to health insurance. A patient had to pay about Rp 10,000,000, - to Rp 20.000.000, -. Sometimes the results are not operating in accordance with the desired patient. This is often a problem between the expectations that are not comparable to surgeon skill. If viewed from the psychological side, the side effects caused by plastic surgery there are three forms, namely mental shock, depression and addiction to plastic surgery syndrome. Mental shock often experienced by women who change their facial appearance drastically. They experienced a great shock or surprise when they realized that the face was much different from the original post plastic surgery, can hardly even recognize himself. Then the shock was followed by another mental disorder is stress, insomnia and acute anxiety. Depression occurs because of the stress that is not resolved, the end of the depression with suicide implemented by the patient. Depression as a side effect of plastic surgery emerged as loneliness, grim and anguish experienced by a woman. He was no longer accepted by the neighborhood and even by their children because they do not recognize anymore the original face. Children aged children can cry out of fear, thinking his mother was someone else. In certain cases depression is also caused by loss of a spouse or spouses because of his opposition to the plastic surgery done by a woman. Syndrome is addicted to plastic surgery has been commonly found in women. Yes, plastic surgery can cause side effects addiction. Discontent when looking plastic surgery results can encourage someone to repeat plastic surgery someday hope the results will be better. So do not settle for longer then he wants to perform plastic surgery again, again and again, the operating result has become addictive in itself. Vice versa, because it was satisfied with the results of the first plastic surgery make the most of a woman addicted to plastic surgery over again in order to improve satisfaction against him.

In conclusion, plastic surgery has advantages and disadvantages. I think the negative effects of plastic surgery more than the benefits. Because of the danger that will happen is very large if the operation failed, and could cause damage to limbs and even death.

ACC : 1 Causes of Fat Body

Excess calories are not the only cause of weight gain continues  to increase. There are many other enexpected factors that make weight loss targets have proportionally more difficult to achieve. Lack of sleep, sress, drugs, hyperthyroidism, hobbies drink sugary drinks is the cause of body fat.

There are two issues related o sleep and obesity. First, the more often you stay up, the more likely you are to snack at night which results in extra calories consumed. The second thing is related to chemicals in the body. When we stayed up late, the hormone that triggers appetite will be issued, as a result we will feel hungry when we wake up. This hormone also makes the stomach never feels full.

Then, when we are plagued by various problems and the bustle, the body will adapt to the way the cortisol hormones or stress hormones. This hormone can increase  appetite, so it is not surprising that when stressed, we will consume more food.

Next, anti-depressant drugs is one type of drug that can promote weight loss, especially if taken long term. Other drugs to watch is hypertension medications, migrane medications, and diabetes medications.

After that, when the thyroid grand can not produce enough thyroid hormone, we will feel the symptoms of tiredness, weakness, and weight gain. When the body lacks  thyroid, the metabolism will run slower so the body will be fat.

Then, the sweet drinks in containers only contain many calories and not give any benefit. This closely with increased body weight. If we consume soft drinks in large quantities then the body will be fat.

Finally, we should avoid such activities to avoid obesity body.

Surat Kecil Untuk TUHAN

Surat Kecil untuk Tuhan adalah sebuah buku yang diangkat oleh penulis – Agnes Davonar -dari kisah nyata perjuangan seorang gadis remaja Indonesia bernama Gitta Sesa Wanda Cantika atau Keke melawan kanker ganas. Keke yang baru berusia 13 tahun adalah gadis cantik, pintar dan mantan artis penyanyi cilik era tahun 1998an. Hidupnya pun tampak sempurna, disayang oleh orang tua dan dua orang kakak lelakinya dalam kondisi keuangan keluarga yang berkecukupan, serta memiliki enam sahabat dekat yang kompak dan kekasih bernama Andy.

Namun ternyata berita sedih harus diterima Keke, ternyata ia divonis mengidap penyakit yang disebut Rhabdomyosarcoma (kanker jaringan lunak) dan sudah berada di stadium 3. Kanker itu menyerang wajahnya dan membuat parasnya yang cantik menjadi seperti monster. Keke adalah pasien pertama di Indonesia dan dokter menyatakan bahwa usianya tinggal beberapa bulan lagi. Tapi ayah Keke tak menyerah, ia berjuang agar Keke dapat lepas dari vonis kematian.

Keke pun harus menjalani tindakan kemotrapi hampir selama setahun yang membuat rambut Keke rontok, kulit kering dan ia sering merasa perutnya mual. Keke sering mimisan, sulit bernapas dan matanya memerah lalu berair dan lama kelamaan ada benjolan yang semakin hari semakin besar di bawah kelopak mata bagian kiri.

Ketabahan dan kesabaran Keke mendapat hadiahnya, karena dokter akhirnya menyatakan Keke sembuh dan dapat beraktivitas seperti biasa. Ketika semua orang bersuka cita pada kesembuhan gitta, rupanya kesempatan sembuh itu hanya sebuah kesempatan. Kanker itu datang kembali dengan menjadi lebih ganas. Keke tahu ia makin lemah, tapi Keke tak ingin tampak kalah, dan ia berusaha selalu tegar dan gigih melawan penyakitnya demi keluarga yang dicintainya dan sahabat-sahabatnya yang setia. Hebatnya dari gadis ini, ia nekad ingin sekolah dengan keadaan seperti ini. Hinaan bahkan cacian dari orang orang yang melihatnya tidak ia pedulikan. Yang paling menyedihkan adalah ketika ujian kenaikan kelas disaat ujian tangannya tak mampu lagi bergerak hingga hidungnya mimisan ia masih ingin terus ujian dan lulus naik kelas. Tekadnya begitu hebat sampai sampai ibu Megawati memberikan penghargaaan khusus padanya sebagai ‘Siswa Teladan’.

Tapi inilah kehidupan. Tuhan punya rencana lain padanya dan akhirnya ia harus pergi setelah 3 tahun mendekap dengan kanker ganas tersebut, bayangkan hidup dengan kanker ganas selama 3 tahun tanpa pernah mengeluh bahkan ia selalu tegar hingga Tuhan menjemputnya.

Ia bahkan menuliskan surat kecil kepada Tuhan ketika didetik detik kematiannya dalam bentuk puisi seperti ini :
