hormones or stress hormones. This hormone can increase appetite, so it is not surprising that when
stressed, we will consume more food.
Next, anti-depressant drugs is
one type of drug that can promote weight loss, especially if taken long term.
Other drugs to watch is hypertension medications, migrane medications, and
diabetes medications.
After that, when the thyroid
grand can not produce enough thyroid hormone, we will feel the symptoms of
tiredness, weakness, and weight gain. When the body lacks thyroid, the metabolism will run slower so
the body will be fat.
Then, the sweet drinks in
containers only contain many calories and not give any benefit. This closely
